Go straight ahead, you will begin climbing uphill and pass through two large Torii-like gates. After the second gate, you will reach a fork; take the right path upwards. As you pass through a stone/metal archway in an area that looks like Rakshasa Palace, the fight with Cloudy Mist, Misty Cloud will automatically begin.
