Enter the passageway on the right, continue, and go uphill. Be careful of the Red-Haired Yaksha near the Upper Shrine.

From the Upper Shrine, look down at the area with the stone statue. Jump down onto the roof, then down to that area.
Step 4: Defeat Captain Lotus-Vision

Defeat Captain Lotus-Vision, and the door will automatically open.
